Changes in the Arctic, globalization and our dependence on nature have determined a decisive role in the development of international cooperation in ensuring sustainable development. The international community has recognized the important role of reindeer husbandry for the livelihoods of peoples living in the North and the Arctic. In this case, the adaptation of reindeer husbandry to climate change and globalization is one of the most pressing problems of the Arctic region in the changing conditions of life
