Week before Easter Norway announced its suggested program for the Arctic Council.ICR was present and will deliver the next years when needed and requested on the objective for Norway’s chairship of the Council: to promote stability and constructive cooperation. ICR will focus on the core issues the Council, including impacts of climate change, sustainable development, and efforts to enhance the well-being of people living in the region.
