NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab is coming to the Denmark’s largest food festival in Aarhus on September 1-3 2023. In cooperation with the FoodLab team from Denmark coordinated by Søren Kristiansen and Palle Hansen, Sámi and Evenki traditional chefs from International Centre for Reindeer Husbandry and World Reindeer Herders will present reindeer products at this food celebration together with more than 250 dedicated food & beverage companies, producers and food craftsmen. 

Food Festival is 3 days filled with inspiration and tasty experiences in beautiful surroundings by Aarhus Bay.
