NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab is going to Bocuse d'Or festival in Trondheim, 19-20 of March 2024.
NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab is a project led by International Centre for Reindeer Husbandry and World Reindeer Herders for communicating information about Arctic food resources, develop new innovations and train future food leaders. This new type of a Food Lab is also a nomadic tent and mobile kitchen with a youth profile made to inspire Indigenous peoples of the Arctic, reindeer herders, where the focus is on accelerating and stimulating innovation development of new products and businesses, understanding things in new ways and combining innovation and traditional indigenous knowledge on food.
