Chefs team from the NOMAD Indigenous FoodLab, namely Elle Save Gaup with Hanne Merete Gaup and Issat Turi from Kautokeino and Alena Gerasimova from Yakutia, prepared the street-food style dinner from reindeer products during the Ovddos seminar in Kautokeino

Liver cake

With lingonberrry juice and cloudberry cream for the dessert
