Negotiation 101 workshop for the Indigenous youth designed by International Centre for Reindeer Husbandry (ICR) in cooperation with the Tufts University Fletcher School was held in Guovdageaidnu, Norway, on February 21-23. This workshop empower youth by enhancing their negotiation skills, through interactive sessions, effective communication, consensus-building, and conflict resolution.
Reindeer herding youth from Norway, Sweden and Finland gathered in Guovdageaidnu for 2 days of intensive workshop. The course was led by General Secretary of World Reindeer Herders and ICR Director Anders Oskal, with lecture by Professor Rockford Weitz from Fletcher School, alumni from the previous year were assisting in teaching.
